    People remember the little stuff, weirdly enough. Not the loudest ad, not the pushy pitch, just something simple that lands at the right moment. Halfway through a Thursday, you get a mug on your desk. Not even a fancy one, but solid. And boom, suddenly the business behind it feels a bit more familiar.
